For the past 10 years, we’ve been sailing the waters of Lake Balaton together — and along the way, we’ve built a community where chance encounters have turned into genuine connections.

Real Estate Beach Conference


On Day 0 of the Real Estate Regatta, the Real Estate Beach Conference returns. After years of waiting and uncertainty, 2026 marks the beginning of a new era in the real estate market, and the Real Estate Beach Conference will be the first place where the conversation shifts from expectations to concrete market reactions and the directions ahead.

In Focus:

  • the new government’s market strategy and Hungary’s new opportunities,
  • the return of confidence — and with it, international capital,
  • the future of Budapest, the status of brownfield zones, and major urban development projects,
